The upper part of the sheet is drawn in pen: a large wheel or disc linked by a cord to a hanging weight, and, to the left, a pair of small bells set in a pivoted frame with the linkage that would swing them — the source record names it 'campana e congegno per suonarla' (a bell and the device to ring it).
