Two main sections of titled prose fill the column, with faint offset text ghosting through at the foot of the leaf, but no drawings or diagrams. Two blocks of Leonardo's right-to-left prose, each introduced by a centred heading, occupy the page in the manner of Manuscript A's precepts. The wording is not supplied in the bundle, so it is described rather than transcribed. No figures accompany it, though faint show-through from the next leaf is visible at the foot.
