Full page of treatise prose in mirror-script

The leaf is filled almost edge to edge with Leonardo's left-handed mirror-script, opening with a short four-line note at the upper left and continuing as a single long block of prose. No diagrams accompany the writing, though a paragraph mark and small marginal symbols punctuate the discourse. The page bears mirror-script text that is not transcribed in this bundle, so its argument cannot be reported here. It belongs to the discursive, treatise-like material of the leaves cut from Manuscript A.
