Rosette of overlapping circles with interlace friezes
A compass-drawn rose of equal circles above woven knot bands and small stepped diagrams.
A large rosette built from many overlapping circles of equal radius, all passing through a shared centre, dominates the upper half of the sheet and is annotated in red chalk. Below it run woven interlace bands and a broad knot frieze, with small stepped rectilinear diagrams at the lower left. Several lines of mirror-script fill the foot of the page. The text was not transcribed in this bundle, and further untranscribed writing, along with old reference marks and a red library stamp, is present.

Compass rosette of overlapping circles
The upper sheet holds a rosette formed by numerous equal circles drawn through a common centre, their intersections producing a six-fold petalled pattern. It is a pure compass construction laid out with a single fixed radius. Red-chalk figures are written among the arcs.
Interlace knot bands and frieze
Below the rosette are woven interlace panels and a wide knot frieze of interlocking diamonds and bands. The strands pass alternately over and under one another. A smaller interlace panel appears at the lower left.
Small stepped rectilinear diagrams
At the lower left are small stepped, rectilinear figures resembling profiles or plans built from right angles. They are drawn faintly beside the interlace panel. Their purpose is not made explicit by any transcribed note.
