A measured rectangle and a ground plan of an oven (forno), the first of a short series
In red chalk the leaf carries a small rectangle annotated with the measures 12 ounces and 5 ounces, and beneath it a ground plan of an oven (forno) with further dimensions given in ounces and fractions. It opens a short sequence of leaves studying the same oven in plan and elevation. The drawings are faint and the sheet is stained.
