Sketches of framed forms with hatched shading
Pen studies beside untranscribed mirror-script notes
The page carries several blocks of Leonardo's mirror-script, none of which is transcribed in this bundle. At its centre is a vertical stack of rectangular framed forms enclosing curved, shaded lines, with a rounded shape set into an open box below. Loose groups of curved parallel pen-strokes and a comb-like zigzag fill the right margin, reading as exercises in hatched shading. Further untranscribed text is present and would need separate transcription.

Hatching and shading studies
Several groups of curved, parallel pen-strokes run down the right margin and across the upper-right corner, fanning out like exercises in laying tone. A comb-like zigzag of strokes appears lower right. They read as studies of hatched shading rather than any finished object.
Framed forms with curved interiors
The centre of the sheet shows a vertical stack of rectangular frames enclosing arced, shaded lines, with a rounded form set into an open box below. In outline the forms suggest framed openings or vaulted structures.
