Distances in braccia; plots between parallels; 'your street thirty times its width'
The survey continues with distances in braccia measured from a bridge to the centre of a gate (31 braccia), along a street to a corner (23 1/2) and on by a cord to a point L (29). Two further bands of rectangles between parallel lines record plot frontages and depths, and a note fixes 'Pordiaco and the fifth pillar of the church'. A closing rule states that the street shall be thirty times as long as it is wide.

From the said bridge to the centre of the gate is 31 braccia; beginning one braccio from the bridge, from that bridge to the corner of the street is 23 1/2, from the corner to the cord one braccio, and from the cord to L, 29 braccia.
Plots between parallels and the church pillar
Two banded rows of rectangles carry frontage and depth figures, and a note locates 'Pordiaco and the fifth pillar of the church', tying the survey figures to fixed points of the streetscape.
Street thirty times its width
A closing rule states as a proportion that the street shall be thirty times as long as its width, a design ratio drawn from the measured figures.
