The verso mixes geometry, calculation and drawing. At the centre a square is inscribed in a circle and divided into four triangles said to equal the four lunes built around the circle, its points a b c d e f g h all declared equal to one another. Columns of figures stand beside the diagram, and an inverted note asks to add 1/3 and 1/36. At upper left a red-chalk male head is drawn in profile with fainter figures, and a short inscription remains beyond the transcribed text.

Square in a circle equal to four lunes
A square is inscribed in a circle and divided into four triangles, stated to be equal to the four lunes constructed around the circle. The dividing points are lettered a - b - e f g h - c - d, and the note affirms that a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h are all equal to one another.
Columns of calculation
Beside the figure stand columns of numbers (324, 949, 73 and paired digits) worked out on the sheet. They accompany the geometric construction rather than forming a labelled problem.
A fraction to be added
On the sheet turned upside down a brief note instructs: add 1/3 and 1/36.
