Four rows of three lettered lengths held in constant ratio
The sheet sets out a tidy four-by-three array of lettered line-segments with their lengths: K = 16, h = 12, g = 8; e = 8, c = 6, a = 4; f = 6, d = 3, b = 2; and n = 18, m = 9, L = 6. The top two rows repeat the ratio 4:3:2 at halved scale, while the lower rows step down further. It is one of Notebook K's clearest proportion tables, drawn in pencil and reworked in pen.

Rows of segments in constant ratio
The row K = 16, h = 12, g = 8 holds the ratio 4:3:2, and e = 8, c = 6, a = 4 repeats it at half the size. The next row f = 6, d = 3, b = 2 and the bottom row n = 18, m = 9, L = 6 both step in the ratio 6:3:2, so equal proportions recur down the table at diminishing scale.
