The sheet is filled with rapid pen studies of architectural members. Across the top are profiles of cornices or entablature mouldings, and below them arched openings framed by columns, one enclosing a niche or apse set over steps. A caption labels the whole simply as architectural drawings. The page is oriented upside down relative to the notebook.

Arched openings framed by columns
The lower half of the sheet shows three arched or vaulted bays, each carried on paired columns or piers; the left-hand one encloses a semicircular niche or apse rising from steps.
Cornice and entablature profiles
Along the top of the leaf run stepped profiles of cornices or entablature mouldings, drawn as free-hand elevations. A caption records only that these are architectural drawings.
