Sketch of a Crane and Indeterminate Figures
Rough pen studies, one identified as a crane, the others left undefined
The page carries several quick, rough pen sketches. The e-Leo transcription identifies one as a crane (gru) and describes the rest as less determinable. Visible are an elongated cross-braced form near the top, an upright rod marked b, a peaked mountain-like shape, and a wheel-and-hook device at the lower right that suggests a lifting mechanism. The note is written upside down relative to the notebook.

A crane and a wheel-and-hook device
One sketch is identified in the transcription as a crane; at the lower right a rough device combines a wheel or drum with a projecting hook, consistent with a hoist for lifting. The remaining forms, including an upright marked b and a peaked shape, are left indeterminate.
