Head in left profile (verso)
Faint outline profile with auxiliary sketches
On the verso, a lightly drawn head in left profile, defined mainly by a fine contour of brow, nose, lips and chin, with the hair loosely indicated. Fainter subsidiary sketches appear toward the left of the sheet. The surface is heavily worn and abraded, and old inscriptions and an inventory mark are present but not transcribed here.

Head in left profile
A single delicate contour traces the profile of a youthful face turned to the left, from the forehead down over the nose, mouth and chin. The features are only lightly worked, with the hair and neck barely indicated.
Faint auxiliary sketches
To the left of the head are further faint, rubbed marks that read as subsidiary sketches. They are too worn to resolve clearly and remain only loosely suggested on the abraded ground.
