The recto drawing bleeds faintly through the foxed paper
The verso is foxed and stained, and carries no independent drawing of its own. Near the centre a faint image bleeds through the sheet, apparently the show-through of a drawn head from the recto rather than anything executed on this side. Faint inscriptions run along the top and an inventory number sits at the lower right; these are described but not transcribed, and further untranscribed text is present.

Toward the centre and upper part of the sheet a pale form is visible through the paper, reading as the show-through of a drawn head. It is offset from a drawing on the other side of the leaf and is not a mark made on this verso, which otherwise bears no drawing.
