Verso with Later Inscriptions

The verso of the war-engine sheet carries no drawing. It bears only later handwritten inscriptions - a block of cursive text across the top and faint jottings and numerals running sideways along the right edge - none of which is transcribed in this edition. The paper is otherwise blank and discoloured with age.
