Proportions of arcs versus their chords and sagittae
A geometric note with an eye-like figure amid much untranscribed text
The one transcribed line states that the proportions of arcs are not the same as the proportions of their chords and sagittae (versines), pointing to two lettered figures with numbers in the right margin. The sheet is densely covered with geometric constructions of circles, inscribed triangles and converging lines, and at the upper left a small circular diagram resembling an eye is drawn. Much of the surrounding mirror-script is not transcribed in the bundle and is not read here.
