Mostly blank verso with a single mechanism sketch
One drawn device above faint show-through of geometry and calculation
This verso is largely blank, carrying one carefully drawn mechanism near the top centre — a horizontal frame fitted with a cylinder and small components — above faint show-through of geometric figures and numbers from the other studies. A repeated caption, translated here, again describes a 'body born of perspective' to be built from simple lines. Ambrosiana cataloguers tag the leaf with geometry and proportion, abacus problems, and aphorisms that history and geography are 'ornament and food of the human mind.' Additional faint, untranscribed jottings are visible.

Mechanism with cylinder and frame
Near the top centre of the otherwise empty sheet is a firmly drawn device: a horizontal frame carrying a cylinder and several small fittings, with a separate boxed element drawn just below it. It is the only clearly inked construction on the leaf.
Faint geometric and proportional jottings
The rest of the sheet shows only faint figures and numbers, largely show-through from adjacent studies. Ambrosiana catalogue tags assign the leaf geometry of proportion, an angle of proportionality, and abacus problems.
