In landscape format the sheet shows toothed and plain wheels, an hourglass-shaped element set in a frame, and a large circle laid out with smaller inscribed circles. The note explains that six such wheels sit on a single pole: the wheel a b turns around while c stays fixed in its place, threaded upon the pole of the greater wheel, with the numbers 10, 60 and 80. A second caption, written when the sheet was turned on its right side, reads 'of the geringallo'. Further faint constructions and notes remain untranscribed.
