Invisible before restoration. It is another leaf of the Milan Cathedral register (cf. ff. 20v, 37v), in two columns (one of them mutilated) for 'debit' and 'credit'. The number 16 v.c in pencil is a recent addition.

On the left:

…ius de Sovicho, named above, [is] to give (owes), entered to him also in the green book on the folio, on the 3rd day of January. M. £3 · 275 s. To his credit in the book, M, and on the aforesaid days £3 · 350 s.

On the right:

He is to have (be credited), as entered in the debit to him on this same folio above, on the 10th day of November, and they are for Gasparo de Comitte and Marcho de Ferrariis for one exchange (cambio), per pound, of 1000 scudi at 65 [s.] 96 per scudo. M. £3 · 275… Likewise entered in the debit of Arigolo de Archonate, in this, on folio 216, on the 15th day of December, for one exchange, a scudo at 66 s. per scudo. M. £3 · 350.

The verso, invisible before restoration, is another leaf of the Milan Cathedral (Duomo) account register, ruled in two columns for 'dare' (debit) and 'avere' (credit), one column mutilated; a pencil shelf-mark 16 v.c is a recent addition. The left column records a debit for de Sovicho and the right a credit naming Gasparo de Comitte, Marcho de Ferrariis and Arigolo de Archonate, with sums in lire and shillings and currency-exchange (cambio) rates per scudo. Faint later additions include a pencilled cylinder end drawn as threaded with three parallel rings and a charcoal drawing, trimmed when the sheet was cut, in which a nude figure seems recognisable.

Debit column of the Duomo register

The left column records a debit ('dare') entry: de Sovicho, named above, is to give, the sum entered in the green book on the 3rd of January, £3 · 275 s., with a corresponding credit of £3 · 350 s. on the days named.

Credit column with currency-exchange entries

The right column records the credit ('avere'): an entry of 10 November for Gasparo de Comitte and Marcho de Ferrariis for an exchange of 1000 scudi, and one of 15 December for Arigolo de Archonate, with rates of 65 to 66 s. per scudo.

Threaded cylinder end

A later pencil addition, invisible before restoration, draws the terminal part of a cylinder as threaded with three parallel circles.

Charcoal nude

A confused charcoal drawing on another fragment, mutilated when the sheet was trimmed, in which a nude figure seems recognisable.
