In very faint metalpoint the sheet is dominated by a large circle formed of many small radial spokes, captioned in the transcription as the 'wheel of increase' (ruota dell'aumento) and accompanied only by the numbers 1 2 3 4 5. In the lower left a dense web of radiating construction lines fans out around a small toothed circle, a geometric study. Only the numerals were transcribed; further faint script is visible across the sheet but was not transcribed here.

A large circle built up of many small radial marks fills the upper sheet, identified in the transcription as the 'wheel of increase' and carrying only the sequence of numbers 1 2 3 4 5. It reads as a mechanical wheel study rather than a finished drawing.

In the lower-left corner a dense star of straight construction lines radiates outward, meeting a small toothed circle. The lines appear to lay out a geometric or proportional construction in faint metalpoint.
