Road distances from Milan to Pavia and Lodi
Faint topographic jottings of the stages between towns, with a small profile head
The verso, faint and much rubbed, carries a few light topographic sketches noting distances along a route that links Milan, Binasco, Pavia and Lodi. Small numbers (10, 20, 30) are set beside the sketched lines as the intervals between places. A small profile head is also drawn near the top of the sheet. Additional faint markings are present that are not transcribed.

Distances along the Milan-Pavia-Lodi route
One sketch is annotated with four place names, Milan, Binasco, Pavia and Lodi, each followed by a number giving a distance (10, 10, 20, 20). Together they record the stages of a road running south from Milan through Binasco toward Pavia and Lodi rather than a fully drawn map.
Small profile head
Near the top of the sheet Leonardo has drawn a small head in profile, unrelated to the topographic notes below. It is not accompanied by any transcribed text.
