The sheet carries a finely ruled geometric construction: a small circle at the centre-left throws out a fan of radial spokes, and around it a large near-circular figure is built from concentric arc-bands divided by radial lines and framed by a rectilinear grid at the upper and lower right. The whole reads as a perspective foreshortening of a circular body. The bundle records no writing on the sheet, so the description rests on what is drawn.

Foreshortened circle built from radial and concentric rulings
A large circular figure is drawn as if seen at an angle, its rim resolved into concentric bands crossed by radial lines that converge toward a small spoked circle. A framing grid of straight verticals and horizontals sets the picture plane against which the circle is foreshortened.
Spoked circle and division of the disc
At the centre a small circle is divided by many radii into equal sectors like the spokes of a wheel. These radii are carried outward to organise the surrounding concentric ring-bands into a regular lattice of cells.
