The transcription records the sheet as devoid of writing, yet it carries substantial pen drawings. Two circular rotary mechanisms, apparently mills or capstans seen from above, are drawn one above the other with central hubs, radial arms and projecting levers or gearing. At left a building is sketched in perspective with flights of stairs and a stepped, arcaded structure that may be a furnace or vaulted interior; a numeral (125) is jotted beside it.

Two circular rotary mechanisms in plan
Two large circular devices are drawn one above the other, each with a central hub, radiating spokes or arms and a projecting handle or lever. They read as rotary mills or capstans viewed from above, with paired blocks and pivots suggesting gearing or clamps around the rim.
Building with staircases seen in perspective
At the left the artist sketches a building in perspective: pitched roofs, walls and two flights of steps lead to a stepped, arcaded structure that could be a furnace or a vaulted chamber. The number 125 is written beside these forms.
