The sheet gives a measured architectural design: above, the front elevation of a tall paneled door or wall crowned by a triangular pediment, annotated with dimensions in braccia (openings 3/4 wide, framing members of 1/8 and 1/4, and an overall door height, from top to bottom a b, of 4 and 1/3 braccia). Below it is drawn the plan of a coffered ceiling seen from beneath, its main beams running diagonally to a central square boss. A faint line of mirror-writing beneath the upper figure and further small annotations are present on the sheet but not transcribed here.

Measured elevation of a paneled, pedimented door
Dimensions are set out for the openings and framing members — 3/4 wide, with eighths and quarters of a braccio — while the door a b reaches, from top to bottom, 4 and 1/3 braccia in height. The design is crowned by a triangular pediment over a paneled front.
Plan of a coffered ceiling seen from below
Below the door a square ceiling is drawn from beneath, its principal beams crossing diagonally to a central square boss and the fields framed by an outer border. It is presented as a plan complementary to the elevation above.
