Heads in profile and front view, with an eye study
Youthful profile with curling hair, a frontal face, and two small rearing horses above
The sheet bears figure drawings rather than text: at left a youthful head in profile with abundant curling hair, at centre a frontal head with one carefully rendered eye, and at the top two small sketches of rearing horses with riders. Faint ruled construction lines converge across the page, part of an optical or perspective study also related to the adjoining leaves. The transcription records only that this side is devoid of writing.

Profile head with curling hair and a frontal face
A youthful head is drawn in profile at the left of the sheet, the hair falling in dense spiralling curls. Beside and behind it a larger head is shown frontally, with one eye worked up in detail. The features are studied for outward form rather than internal anatomy.
Small rearing horses with riders
Near the top edge of the leaf are two small, lightly drawn horses rearing up, each apparently bearing a rider. They are sketched rapidly in contrast to the more finished heads below.
Converging ruled construction lines
Fine straight lines drawn with a ruler cross the sheet and converge toward the lower centre. They belong to a geometric perspective or optical construction, echoing the visual-pyramid diagrams on the neighbouring leaves.
