An editorial note records that this verso was invisible before restoration. What survives is the faint show-through of the recto's sphere-making machine and workbenches, together with a compass-drawn circle in the center divided by radial lines into an hourglass-like figure.

Show-through of the recto machine
The faint ghosted forms of a turntable machine and its supporting benches show through from the recto. They appear only as pale offsets rather than fresh drawing on this side.
