Verso: Circle Figure and Show-Through of the Sphere Machine
Editorial note records the sheet was invisible before restoration
An editorial note records that this verso was invisible before restoration. What survives is the faint show-through of the recto's sphere-making machine and workbenches, together with a compass-drawn circle in the center divided by radial lines into an hourglass-like figure.

Compass-drawn circle with radial division
A circle is struck with a compass at the center of the sheet and divided by straight lines that cross to form an hourglass or bowtie figure within it. No transcribed text accompanies the drawing.
Show-through of the recto machine
The faint ghosted forms of a turntable machine and its supporting benches show through from the recto. They appear only as pale offsets rather than fresh drawing on this side.
