The verso carries very faint drawings of mechanical members — a vertical screw or rack, framed panels and a small stepped form — together with offset show-through from the densely drawn recto. The bundle's caption records the leaf as devoid of writing and drawings, but faint sketches are in fact visible. No text is transcribed for this page.

Pale pen or metalpoint lines make out a vertical toothed screw or rack, rectangular frames and a small stepped or crenellated form at lower left, echoing the mechanical studies of the recto. The marks are faint and partly overlaid by show-through from the other side of the sheet.
