Mechanized loom: shuttle, counterweight and pincers
With a marginal note on Latin nominatives of the first declension
The sheet carries studies for a mechanized loom: two weaving shuttles labelled b and a, a counterweight for the shuttle used with fustian (guarnello) and similar cloths, and paired pincers set one below and one above the warp-beam so that they do not obstruct one another.
