Framed mechanism with paired rollers and crank-wheel
A rectangular frame encloses two upright rollers or screws with a shaft passing through, turned by a crank-wheel and disc at the right. It reads as a press or rolling mechanism.
Screw device and threaded shaft
A small screw-jack or clamped screw is drawn at the lower left, and a long horizontal shaft ending in a threaded collar with a crank handle runs across the lower right. Both study the action of screw threads.
Small domed tabernacle
A tiny elevation of an arched niche or aedicule crowned by a ribbed cupola is sketched at the upper right of the sheet, apart from the mechanical studies.
