Two mounted paper fragments bearing mechanical drawings but no writing
This mounted sheet carries two small paper fragments, each bearing a mechanical drawing but, as the editorial note records, no writing. The upper fragment shows a horizontal timber frame enclosing a large drum or cylinder, with a toothed wheel driving a shaft at the right, storage chests below, and a bucket or scoop hanging from a rod. The lower fragment shows a lower, more intricate assembly of rods, small wheels and a hooked anchoring element. No transcribed text accompanies the drawings.

Upper fragment: framed drum with a geared driving shaft
A long horizontal timber frame encloses a large drum or cylinder. A toothed wheel at the right end drives a shaft passing through the drum, while boxlike chests sit at either side and a bucket or scoop hangs from a vertical rod at the centre.
Lower fragment: rods, wheels and a hooked anchoring element
The smaller lower fragment shows a compact mechanism of crossed rods and small wheels, with tall uprights and hooked fittings at either side that appear to anchor the assembly to the ground.
