Two mounted fragments of mechanical studies, a column of arithmetic, and a truncated note beginning 'This buckler...'.
The sheet is mounted as two separate fragments and carries a column of arithmetic and a truncated note. The numbers include 30, 131, 20 and 2620; a note along the turned right edge begins 'Questo brocchiere...' ('This buckler...'). The drawings, largely untranscribed, show an upper mechanism with long radiating blades driven by a geared wheel, together with augers, a truss in red chalk, a curved hull and further gearing below.

Note on a buckler
A note written along the turned right edge of the sheet begins 'Questo brocchiere...' ('This buckler...'), evidently describing a small round shield. The passage breaks off in the transcription.
Bladed windmill and auger mechanisms
The upper fragment shows a mechanism with long, thin blades radiating from a hub and driven through a geared wheel, beside an angled hopper-like body. The lower fragment adds augers or drill-screws, a truss drawn in red chalk, a curved hull and further gearing. These studies are untranscribed.
