Two domed building sketches beside gun barrels, with a bookkeeping note dated 1446
A long horizontal offcut carrying, at the left, a short bookkeeping memorandum recording that Antonius Salvatichus owes a sum entered to the credit of Innocentio Cotte in a 'green book' at folio 165, dated 1446. To its right Leonardo sketched two multi-storey domed buildings in perspective, a group of long cannon or bombard barrels, and small circular geometric figures. Fainter construction lines and further notes run across the sheet but are not transcribed in this bundle.

A debt entered in the 'green book'
The note records that Antonius Salvatichus owes a sum, entered to the credit of Innocentio Cotte in a green ledger. It cites the year 1446, folio 165 on the reverse, and a figure of about three lire in denari.
Two domed multi-storey buildings
Left of centre Leonardo drew two tall buildings in perspective, each with tiers of arched openings crowned by a low dome or cupola. Faint ground lines and a perspective grid run beneath them.
Long cannon barrels
The right of the sheet carries several elongated gun barrels drawn in perspective, tapering from a wide breech toward a narrow muzzle. Small circular figures sit above them.
