A brief memorandum jotting lists things Leonardo means to remember or attend to: cornelians (agate stones), Cusano the physician, an ambassador, money, and 'the book of the couriers.' The rest of the sheet carries faint pencil diagrams of circles and dome-like segments, which the holding institution's index describes as circles decomposed into proportional parts and the ratio of inscribed to circumscribed square.
