Cube with an inscribed pyramid, and roots multiplied
A lettered cube-and-pyramid solid, a small vessel, a boxed mechanism, and square-root arithmetic
The upper drawing is a cube carrying a pyramid inscribed within it, its vertices lettered c, b, e, d, a, m, n, p, o. A short horizontal stroke and a small cylindrical vessel sit at the middle left, while a boxed form drawn in perspective — tagged in the catalogue as a needle-sharpening machine — occupies the right. At the foot a note works out that three times the root of 9 multiplied by itself gives 81, extending the same reasoning to three times the root of 5; the text breaks off and further calculation on the sheet is not transcribed.

Cube with an inscribed pyramid
The solid at the top is a cube carrying an inscribed pyramid, its corners and apex lettered c b, e, d a, m and n, p o.
Squaring three times a square root
The note explains that 3 times the root of 9, times 3 times the root of 9, makes 81 — since the root of 9 is 3, this is 9 times 9 = 81 — then applies the same to 3 times the root of 5, that is 15 times 15 = 225, before breaking off.
Boxed mechanism in perspective
At the right a rectangular framed device is drawn in perspective with lines running down toward the foot of the sheet; the catalogue identifies it as a needle-sharpening machine. No text describing it is given in the bundle.
