Modern edition credits: technology and thanks

A modern printed credits page continuing the colophon of the Biblioteca Nacional de Espana's interactive edition of the Codices Madrid, not part of Leonardo's manuscript. It credits web adaptation, informatics, technical direction and technological development, followed by acknowledgments that reference Editorial Egeria's 2010 facsimile of the Codices Madrid, providers of instrument photographs and music, and a video of a reconstructed viola organista.
