Folio 61v continues the study of curvilinear figures with a large, carefully drawn decagonal construction: a ten-pointed star (decagram) inscribed within a ring of tangent arcs, leaving crescent lunes between the star's points and the outer circle, with two upper compartments lettered A and d and lightly hatched. A short note above the figure states only that two segments a b are equal. The geometry of the star-and-lune figure itself is drawn but not written out in the transcribed text, and faint offsetting from the facing page shows at left.
