Folio 4r is filled with monetary calculations — long columns of figures reduced to lire and soldi, one line reading '66304 lire.' Above and through the numbers a red-chalk drawing rises: a steep, jagged rocky crag topped by buildings and walls. A few figures (640, 16, 17, 220) cluster around a small diagram at the lower left. A library stamp of the Biblioteca Nacional is impressed at the upper right.
