Facsimile edition credits and acknowledgements

The closing page of the modern printed credits from the Biblioteca Nacional de Espana facsimile edition, not part of Leonardo's manuscript. It lists contributors for web adaptation, informatics, technical direction, and technological development, followed by acknowledgements to the publisher, instrument makers, and music partners involved in the interactive Leonardo project.
