Dense mirror-script text, a partial perspective diagram, and two small pen sketches
This closely written recto is filled with Leonardo's mirror-script, arranged in short paragraphs under headings, none of which is transcribed in this bundle. A partial diagram, a ruled rectangle with a line running off to a point, sits at the very top edge where the leaf has been trimmed, consistent with the perspective matter of the surrounding leaves. Two small pen sketches occupy the right margin: an upper curled, layered form and a lower flame- or plume-like shape. Substantial untranscribed writing fills the rest of the page.

Trimmed perspective diagram at the head of the leaf
A ruled rectangle at the top edge is crossed by a line that runs away to a single point, part of a perspective construction cut short by the trimming of the leaf. It matches the linear-perspective demonstrations on the neighbouring pages. The rest of the visible construction has been lost to the cut margin.
Two small sketches in the right margin
In the right margin are two quick pen sketches: an upper curled, shell-like form built of nested loops, and below it a wispy flame- or plume-like shape rising from a curved base. Neither is labelled or clearly identifiable, and they sit apart from the main body of text. They read as marginal jottings alongside the treatise page.
