Dense mirror-script prose from the leaves cut from Notebook A; not transcribed in this edition
The leaf is filled with Leonardo's right-to-left mirror-writing, arranged in two blocks separated by a short centred heading, with a couple of lines of smaller script at the upper left. The page bears no diagrams, and its text is not transcribed in this edition, so the wording is left unread. At the right the photograph shows the fore-edge and cover board of the rebound volume. The sheet belongs to the run of discursive leaves cut from Notebook A by Count Libri and later restored.
