Two floor plans of the upper church and its underground level
Two large church floor plans fill the sheet, each drawn over a fine ruled grid of piers and closing in a trefoil east end. A note identifies plan A as the Santo Sepolcro of Milan above ground and plan B as its part below ground. Both show a long nave of many bays with paired circular stair or well features toward the entrance. A further line of untranscribed text runs across the lower margin.

The Santo Sepolcro of Milan: upper church and crypt
Two superimposable plans set out a long aisled nave over a grid of piers, terminating in a trefoil of apses. A note assigns plan A to the Santo Sepolcro of Milan above ground and plan B to its part below ground, i.e. the crypt. Paired circular features, drawn like spiral stairs or wells, sit near the western end of each plan.
