Devices for alternating motion and a raisable platform
Red-chalk mechanical sketches, including a wheeled lifting platform
Drawn in red chalk and oriented upside down relative to the notebook, this page gathers several mechanisms for producing an alternating (back-and-forth) motion. At upper right a comb-like toothed strip with a pivoting arm is sketched, at the center a horizontal shaft carrying gears, and across the lower half a wheeled platform capped with dense hatching, evidently the raisable platform named in the caption. Per the e-Leo caption the sheet assembles various devices for alternating motion, a lifting platform, and more. Faint additional construction lines and an angular plan-like sketch at upper left are present but not transcribed.

Wheeled raisable platform
Across the lower part of the sheet a low platform on wheels is drawn, its upper surface rendered with dense hatching and a shaft or screw rising from beneath. The caption names a raisable (lifting) platform among the devices collected on the page.
Mechanism for alternating motion
At upper right a comb-like row of teeth is engaged by a curved arm pivoting on a small circle, an element for converting steady rotation into a limited back-and-forth stroke. A geared horizontal shaft is drawn at the center as part of the same assembly.
