In the left margin stands a column of five figures, 50, 150, 25 and 22, ruled off and totalled to 247 — an addition unrelated to the word-list. Latin adverbs of place glossed in Italian
A running list of Latin place-adverbs is given with Italian meanings: huc = qui (here), istuc = costi (there where you are), illuc = cola (yonder), intro = inside, foras = outside, and the compounds alio, aliquo, illo, eo, siquo, nequo, utroque, neutroque, quoquo, quocumque and unde. Each Latin term is matched to a phrase of place such as 'to another place' or 'to neither of the two places'.
