Togli riso e fallo bollire assai e quella decozione cola in pannolino e lascia seccare, e fia colla a modo di colla in ispicchi. E se la farai bollire in una pezza lina ben serrata, la decozione sarà più chiara e migliore. El simile si può fare d'ogni biada.

La cassa c d debbe avere il suo vacuo di larghezza di mezza costa di coltello; e di sopra uno incastro bene serrato 'n iscambio di coperchio; il quale incastro sia mosso dalla lieva ab dal d in c; e la materia che in tale cassa si mette, debbe essere sottile e liquida a uso di pasta dura; e lo spiraculo donde tale materia è sospinta dalla cassa, de' passare per ispiraculo piramidale1, come mostra il disegno2.
