Drawn in red chalk and partly gone over in pen, the sheet shows a central-plan building crowned with domed towers and lanterns, flanked by chimney studies. A note gives its dimensions: 30 braccia on each side, with a ground-floor entrance into a hall 10 braccia wide and 30 long, and four rooms each with its own chimney; a separate caption marks an eight-sided chimney. A faint, indeterminate figure is also sketched in red chalk in the lower part of the sheet.
