Fortification plans and an inverted water study
Two measured fort plans; a hydraulic sketch labelled 'water'
The sheet carries two plans of fortifications annotated with lengths and bearings: the first reads b, a third NW toward N, 18; NW 17; and 2/3 W toward NW, 18, while a second, smaller plan is marked 30, 25. A star-fort corner and orthogonal wall lines make up the upper drawings. Inverted at the foot is what the transcription tentatively calls a hydraulic study, its parts labelled razzo (a jet of water) and acqua, acqua (water).

A separate, smaller plan carries the measurements 30 and 25. It sits among the orthogonal wall lines of the upper sheet.

Drawn upside down at the foot is a device the transcription queries as a study of hydraulics, its elements labelled razzo (a jet or spurt of water) and acqua, acqua (water). The sketch shows crossed members with a comb-like element.
