Constructing a parallel through a point
A point over a line, a raised diagonal, and a constructed parallel
The sheet holds three small geometric constructions without accompanying prose. The first shows a point above a horizontal line; the second raises a diagonal segment from the line beneath that point; the third adds a line through the point parallel to the original horizontal. Together they trace the construction of a parallel to a given line through a given point. Faint further script is present on the sheet but was not transcribed in the bundle.

Step-by-step construction of a parallel line
A point is placed above a horizontal line, then a diagonal segment is raised on the line. In the final view a line is drawn through the point parallel to the first horizontal, using the point and the diagonal segment. The three figures set out the construction in sequence.
