A gaunt man is shown in right profile with lank, backswept hair and a long straggling beard. His shoulders and crossed arms are lightly modelled beneath a loose tunic.
No. 42: woman with coiled hair and ringlets
A woman faces left in profile, her hair gathered into a bound coil at the back with loose ringlets falling to the shoulder. Her coarse features sit above a low, wide-necked bodice.
