Roundel with a Figural Scene in a Landscape
A tondo of two figures beside a tree and water, with untranscribed notes above
A ruled circle encloses a small pen scene in which two figures struggle or embrace at the edge of a stretch of water, with a tall tree rising behind them and low hills beyond. Above the roundel are several lines of untranscribed mirror-writing, not included in this bundle. The design reads as a study for a small circular composition set in a landscape.

Locked figures within a tondo
Inside the ruled circle two figures are drawn locked together at the water's edge, one seeming to lift or grasp the other. Their limbs and drapery are set down in quick pen strokes. The pair forms the focus of the roundel.
Tree, water and distant hills
A tall tree rises behind the figures, with a stretch of water and low hills sketched to the left. The scene is enclosed as a small circular picture. Faint further pen strokes extend below the tondo.
