Mechanical diagrams set among dense mirror-script notes
The sheet is filled with Leonardo's mirror-script and interspersed with pen diagrams of mechanical arrangements. Toward the centre and right are horizontal beams, levers and balance arms, several carrying small weights suspended on cords, together with a spoked wheel set in a triangulated frame and a series of inclined struts. Much of the page is covered with untranscribed writing that is not included in this bundle.

Beams and balances carrying suspended weights
Across the middle of the sheet run horizontal beams and balance arms from which small rectangular weights hang on cords. They appear to examine how loads are borne and held in equilibrium on levered members. The varied inclinations of the bars suggest a study of forces and their supports.
Spoked wheel and inclined-beam frames
At the right a spoked wheel is drawn within a triangulated frame, alongside several inclined struts and A-frame supports. Lower down two circles rest on a base crossed by angled bars. These read as components of a built mechanism or supporting structure.
