Sheet with faint, rubbed sketches
Heavily abraded red-chalk drawing, its motifs barely legible
The sheet is heavily abraded, leaving only faint reddish traces of the original drawing. Scattered marks near the top, centre and lower right suggest sketched forms, possibly figure or head studies, but they are too rubbed to be read with any certainty. An inked collection stamp of the Biblioteca Ambrosiana is set into the lower-left corner.

Faint, indistinct sketches
Only faint reddish traces survive across the sheet, so no single motif can be securely identified. Some passages hint at figure or head studies, but the drawing is too worn to be read confidently.
